I’ve just finished my gym training.
I’m feeling very satisfied as I made a significant leap in reps and weight! I felt it. And I still feel it in my body now.
When I’m working out, I am my own coach. I push myself to squeeze out the extra rep, or two. It’s steady yet challenging.
You see, you can really surprise yourself when you get over the resistance to do better.
