We want our ‘side’ to win because we either just want to be right or we believe it would benefit the greatest amount of people.
But lost in the fight of it all, desperately needing to have the upper hand, have you stopped to think, do I actually improve my life getting lost in the argument?
Do we believe that our efforts will effectively change anyone’s mind?
I see many frantically trying to disprove events but in the same breath saying how unimportant said fashionable issue is. I’m finding it increasingly vulgar frankly. The pomposity I witness in people taking the moral high-ground is so off-putting.
How intently are you questioning things purely to find out the truth?
