GET TO THE POINT.

It really matters to me the definitions of things. I realise my Philosophy degree wasn’t a consolation prize or a last resort, it was absolutely the right thing for me to do – because I’m a genuine thinker.

I’m never surface-level about anything. I think deeply, I reflect deeply and yeah – I do ‘that’ deeply too.

I want to understand the point of things and I am relentlessly looking for answers in various ways.

Want to know the best way to find out? Do things. Get to the point rather than skating around issue after issue.

I have very little patience for fannying around these days, I want honest and I’ve also learned the best way to do that is to ask serious questions calmly.

Don’t flap. Get to the point – be direct, be genuinely interested. You’ll get what you want that way as people will take you seriously – because you’ll be taking yourself seriously.
