We want to be involved.
We want the attention.
We want the notoriety.
Goodness we experience any FOMO! It’s such a prison as it’s relentless. The more you stop and observe, the more you’ll realise people thrive on getting a hard-on for the anger!
I had a Google Meet last night with two great friends, whenever I talk with them, I am reminded about choices – what I let in and what I keep out. Boundaries, they’re important and what really resonated yesterday during the conversation was WHY they are important.
It’s easy to draw a line saying, I need this particular time on my own, for example but why is it important? Clarity of thought, peacefulness, people interfering is upsetting to me, etc. etc.
Feelings. They are anchors in the body and we should absolutely learn to the trust them, they are ancient and they’re signposts to good places, to keep us on track.
Decide what You want.
What is your purpose?
What is your mission?
What is your calling?
What is your vision?
