RAISING THE LEVELS

I’ve been sober now for a year, congratulate me!

I’ve saved almost £4,000 (over $5,000), slept better, shed weight, gained energy and become far more clear about what I want and need to do.

It’s win after win after win.

Do I occasionally hanker after a glass of Champagne or a perfectly chilled glass of Sauvignon Blanc? Yes, naturally I do but I know the costs and the disappointments I’d incur. Alcohol is not just the dampening of sorrows, it’s the dampening of character.

WITH ALCOHOL

Anger increases

Control diminishes

Clarity takes a hit

Your purpose is pushed further away

SOBER

Joy is abundant

You are more proactive

You take more responsibility

The key to great life is making decisions that raise your levels of sovereignty and integrity. I see so many living under clouds, not just booze but sadness, desperation, powerlessness. Always pushing choices further and further away.

When people talk about shopping, they’ll talk about making things more local, do this for making choices too.

What am I capable of deciding today?

What am I capable of deciding for myself?

Which one thing have I been avoiding that I can simply tick off the list?

Which one thing can I do that will shift the needle towards what I really want?

I’ve said it often, good questions and honesty with the answers is the simplest and most shunned habit to improve your life. You can do it anytime.

I quit drinking and my life transformed. I knew how it was holding me back and knew how much better off I’d be clean and free.

Raise your levels of awareness.

Raise your levels of honesty.

Be more authentic.

Get stuff done!
